These Banana Choc Chips Breakfast Cookies are delicious and so easy to make. They're the perfect breakfast cookies as they're made with only oats, peanut butter, banana, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
2medium ripe bananas
2tbspnatural peanut butteror other nut butter
1cupold fashioned oats
1handfulvegan chocolate chips
Halftspcinnamon
Pinchground nutmeg
Pinchsalt
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven at 180ºC or 350ºF.
Mash the banana, add the peanut butter, and mix.
Join the rest of the ingredients and give it a mix.
Scoop the dough into balls and place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased and dusted with all-purpose flour.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 12 minutes.
Let cool down for a few minutes but enjoy while still warm - so you can enjoy the still melted chocolate!
