I absolutely love this red berries chia jam! It has no added sugars, it's made only of wholesome and nutritious ingredients - red berries, chia seeds, and lemon or lime juice and it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare!

Ingredients
1 Cupfrozen red berries
1/2Lime or lemon juice
1 Tbspchia seeds
Instructions
Add the red berries to a small saucepan and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.
Mash the berries with a fork.
Add the chia seeds and mix.
Let it cool down and place it in an airtight container.
