Ingredients
Smoothie
Half a cup plant-based yogurt
50g100% frozen açaisee notes
Half a cup fresh or frozen berries
Half a banana
1Tbspground flax seeds
Basil leaves to tasteI used 6 small leaves
Toppings
Granoladesiccated coconut, seeds, peanut butter, red fruits, banana slices, cacao nibs... Whatever you like!
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your blender, starting with the softer ones.
Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings!
Notes
If you choose to use açai powder: add 1 teaspoon of powder and 2 or 3 ice cubes, half a frozen banana, or a handful of frozen zucchini.
If you don't have açai, you can replace it with an extra handful of red fruits.
